TabWare CMMS Implementation with Integration to Ross
Troy Grove, Chief Information Officer at Berner Food & Beverage LLC, a private label consumer packaged goods food and beverage manufacturing company, will share the company's process of converting from their former CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management) systems to TabWare CMMS.

Come hear what we have done and share what you have done to solve same or similar business process tasks.

Improving our overall Maintenance approach to Preventive Maintenance, Break/Fix, MRO Procurement, A/P and costing based on FIFO and overall line efficiencies at Berner Food & Beverage was our goal. With Aptean’s acquisition of TabWare and the interface from TabWare to Ross and Ross to Tabware, our maintenance and technology team worked together to transform the maintenance department approach with the TabWare CMMS system. This session will take you through the process of converting from an existing CMMS system to TabWare CMMS with Ross ERP integration using Option 1.

We’ll discuss:
  • Guidance and expertise that our Aptean and Berner partnership has provided to convert from multiple CMMS systems to Tabware CMMS
  • Wins and challenges we have experienced
  • Defining and optimizing our process flow utilizing the Option 1 interface where Ross is the Vendor and Part Master, Tabware is the procurement application and Ross is the A/P & G/L function and the in-betweens of transactions to and from Ross via EMF events
  • The end result is the closure of 2 different CMMS applications and the utilization of the TabWare CMMS solution
