Rob Richardson is the IT Manager for Bonset America Corp., located near Greensboro, NC. Bonset America manufactures heat-shrinkable film for the packaging industry, shipping to the Americas and Europe since 1989. Rob joined Bonset in 1999 and led the implementation of Ross ERP in 2004.
Since that time he has designed & leveraged integration with multiple other systems. Bonset has subsequently installed Factory MES, Aptean Advanced Reporting, EMF, RDM and Customer Portal.
